Read how to export a spreadsheet of tasks

Before you read this, read how to create a product custom report template. The same principles apply to creating a product custom report and creating a task custom report. You define the report headings before you run the report.

1. Choose the tasks for your custom report

Go to Workflow > Tasks, and search to narrow down your selection (e.g. within a range of publication dates).

2. Run custom report

To run the custom report, click the Run custom report button.

Select your report name from the dropdown on the dialogue box that appears, and click “run”.

3. Retrieve your report results

The file downloads to your computer where you can open it and review the results.
