Need to store some information about a contact that doesn't fit anywhere else? Add a note to your record

Please only use the notes field as a last resort. Most data has a proper home in a labelled field: find and use that instead so your data can be found again by system queries.

1. Go to the contact

Go to the contact page and scroll all the way to the bottom.

2. Add the note

Click to add a note, and when you’re done, click Save.
